Boise Photobooth FAQ

How much space does Boothshakalaka require?

We ask for a 10′ x 10′ space for Boothshakalaka to give plenty of room for unicorns fighting sharks, but the photobooth can fit into smaller spaces when needed, contact for more details.

What does Boothshakalaka look like?

It looks like this ———————————->  The only thing you can’t see in this photo is the backdrop.  Boothshakalaka is a custom built open air photobooth made of Aluminum and maple.

What are the power requirements for Boothshakalaka?

Just one standard 110V, 15amps, 3 prong outlet (these words mean a normal outlet :)), gives Boothshakalaka all the power it needs.  He/She/It isn’t too high maintenance.

How long does setup take?

Setup takes 1-2 hours depending on the location, but you don’t need to worry about that, we’ll handle all of that.  Setup time doesn’t come out of your run time with the photobooth

What if something breaks?

We have backup equipment of every single thing used in Boothshakalaka, this includes camera, printers, cables, computers, and yes even animal masks (which do break sometimes).

How many prints can my guests make?

Unlimited.  Truly unlimited.  Boothshakalaka is setup so that every guest can leave with a print from each session they’re in.  The computer prompts guests on how many prints they want, they type in the number of prints, and the printer does the work.  Guests leave happy with prints in their hands, and smiles on their faces.

What kind of camera is in Boothshakalaka?

There’s a Canon DSLR in Boothshakalaka, it’s much higher quality than what a photobooth needs, but that’s how Boothshakalaka rolls.

Where is Boothshakalaka located?

Boothshakalaka is located in Boise, Idaho, but is available wherever you want it to go.  The photobooth is regularly used throughout The Treasure Valley in Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star and Garden City and is also available for more distant locations like Sun Valley and McCall.  Travel fees may apply
